Rewards Program
The Hero Bread™ Rewards program is a points-based program with membership tiers and redemption levels. To join, simply create an account or log in using the email you used for your purchase. Once you're in, start shopping and enjoy earning Rewards!

2. Sign Up for Email or SMS – Subscribe to our email or SMS list and earn points.
3. Write a Review - Earn points by writing reviews for the products you purchased through hero.co.
4. Follow on Social - Follow our Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest pages and earn more points!
5. Make a Purchase - Earn points for every dollar spent on an order.
6. Refer a Friend - Refer your friends and earn $25 in points when they make a purchase through your link. Plus, they get $10 off their first purchase of $40+
7. Birthday Bonus - Add your birthday to your account and you'll receive a Birthday Gift for your special day.
First, make sure you're logged in to your account. Then go shopping!
Once you're done, go to checkout as usual. Your rewards will be available via a dropdown list. You can select the number of points you'd like to redeem, then click the "Apply" button and you're done! Please note, reward redemptions cannot be combined with coupon codes.
Points expire 12 months after they've been earned. However, you'll keep your tier status even if points expire.
Make sure you’re logged in to your account. Then visit our Referrals page, and enter your friend’s email address, and we’ll send them an email with your unique referral link to use. You can also share your unique referral link from the Referrals page.
Once your friend places an order through your referral link, you’ll receive your points. We’ll send an email to let you know your points have been placed in your account.
If your friend has previously ordered from Hero.co, they are not eligible for a referral code, and you will not be able to send them a link through email (and they won’t be able to receive a discount when ordering through your referral link).

Yes. There are two ways you can use rewards points toward your subscription:
Placing a new subscription order:1. Login to your account on the Hero.co site.
2. Check your Rewards points balance on the Rewards Page.
3. If you have at least 200 points, you’re eligible to redeem your points.
4. Add your subscription order to your cart and proceed to checkout.
5. In the checkout path, you’ll have the option to redeem your points.
Redeeming points on an already activated subscription:
1. Login to your account on the Hero.co site.
2. On the Rewards Page, scroll to “Redeem for Subscription Discount”
3. If you have at least 200 points, you’ll see the option to Redeem your points for a discount that will automatically apply to your next subscription order.
Hero Rewards tiers are evaluated on a rolling 12-month period. Once you reach a new tier, a 12-month timer starts. To maintain your tier status, you must meet the same spending threshold within the next 12 months or you may move to a lower tier or return to the base tier.
Your tier status remains valid for 12 months from the date you first qualify. For example, if you reached a new tier on March 3, 2024, you’ll retain that tier until March 3, 2025, as long as all other requirements are met.
Your tier is evaluated continuously based on your rolling 12-month spend. This means that as soon as you meet the spend requirement for a higher tier, you are upgraded immediately, and your new 12-month period begins.
You can check your current Hero Rewards tier and progress toward maintaining or upgrading your status by logging into your Hero Rewards account on hero.co.
